Family Learning

Family

We have developed a series of family learning activities based on the heritage of St Mary's Priory. Aimed at families with children aged 3-8 These include:

  • David & Goliath: an interactive family learning box designed to give better understanding of the St Mary's Jesse Tree sculpture;
  • Making sense of St Mary's: interactives activities exploring sound, touch and colour in St Mary's;
  • Spotting Trails: themed visual spotting trails.

Other learners

We will also be offering a series of low or no-cost Saturday workshops: each workshop would be targeted at a specific segment: e.g. activities for the family, older learners, and sensory interpretation materials for learners with special needs.  Outreach workshops would take the principal into community locations.
