Schools Booking Info
½ day visits will be charged at £3.50 per head.. Bookings may be made at any time, with a minimum of 10 working days’ notice. A 50% deposit is payable at no less than ten working days ahead of the date of visit (refundable less admin charge of £12.00 if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice). The full balance is payable on the day based on actual number of participants.
It is advisable to check availability of preferred dates with the Learning Officer ahead of booking.
Loan boxes are available for one month free if booked in conjunction with a visit, otherwise £10 per month. Boxes are collected from, and returned to, The Tithe Barn.
Lunch facilities
We are able to offer facilities for children to have their packed lunches. Buffet lunches can be arranged at additional cost. Please contact the learning team for further information.
Parking
There is free coach parking available in the Bus Station Car Park next to the Church, which can be accessed directly from the car park.
