New Dates For Recipe For Success Events

The Tithe Barn Foodhall will be hosting a number of chef demonstrations sponsored by ADVENTA during the forthcoming months. Chefs from local restaurants will be demonstrating their skills using local produce and supporting local suppliers.

Tickets (£4 per demonstration) are limited and are available from the Tithe Barn or by telephoning 01873 858787.

 

Wednesday 27th January-
Simon King from 1861 cooking organic duck from Madgett's Farm accompanied by Ty Bryn Cider from Grosmont, Black Mountain Smokery and Wye Valley Apiaries.
 
Wednesday 24th February-
Julie Carey from 'Clarke'sRestaurant' at the Glen-yr-Afon House Hotel in Usk cooking beef, accompanied by Parva Farm Vineyards and The Cacau Tree in Monmouth.
 
Wednesday 24th March-
Richard Eklof from Wigmore's Bakery in Monmouth demonstrating and explaining the secrets of bread-making, accompanied by Avril's Country Kitchen preserves , Skirrid Honey Farm and Blaenafon Cheddar.
